Dish Network offers $25.5B for Sprint Nextel

Charlie Ergen 's Dish Network Corp. offered Monday to buy Sprint Nextel Corp. in a $25.5 billion stock and cash deal that seeks to upend Sprint's planned sale of control to SoftBank Corp.
