City to consider budget for downtown tax district Monday

For the first time since the creation of a Tax Increment Development District in 2007, approval of an annual operating budget and a related list of priority projects for the special tax district will be considered when the TIDD board meets 1 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 700 N. Main St.
